1.1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Items must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items purchased during final sales or clearance events (unless defective).
1.3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the address to which the item must be sent.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable service.
1.4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred during processing.
- For your protection, we recommend insuring your return shipment.
1.5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Exchanges Policy
At this time, Donna Vanni does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for your desired item.

3.1. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans may change. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

3.2. After 24 Hours
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, you may return the item upon receipt as per our Returns Policy.
